Manage all daily operations of the Kadavanthara branch — a facility with 2 wash bays, 2 dry bays, and a dedicated shampoo/interior detailing area — overseeing a team of 10 staff.

- Oversee daily wash bay, dry bay, and interior detailing operations
- Manage, schedule, and supervise a team of 10 staff members
- Ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction
- Handle cash/billing, daily reconciliation, and reporting to management
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and consumables
- Coordinate staff training on service standards and safety
- Handle customer complaints and service recovery
- Monitor and improve turnaround times and vehicle throughput
- Maintain equipment upkeep and coordinate repairs/maintenance
- Track daily/monthly performance against targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
