Azure DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure)

We are looking for a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Terraform, CI/CD automation, and Azure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should not be a beginner but someone with solid intermediate to advanced expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), enterprise-level Azure architecture, and DevOps implementation.

The candidate should have practical experience designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud environments using Terraform and Azure DevOps tools in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
- Deploy and manage Azure cloud infrastructure components in enterprise environments.
- Work closely with development, operations, and architecture teams for cloud automation initiatives.
- Implement reusable Terraform modules and maintain code quality standards.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and deployment processes.

Manage Azure resources including:

- Virtual Networks
- App Services
- Azure Functions
- Storage Accounts
- Key Vaults
- Azure SQL

- Implement security, governance, and compliance best practices in Azure.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure deployment and DevOps pipeline issues.
- Participate in architecture discussions and cloud optimization initiatives.




- Maintain documentation and deployment standards.

Required Skills

Terraform

- Solid hands-on experience with Terraform coding and module development.
- Experience managing Terraform state files and remote backends.
- Knowledge of reusable modules, variables, outputs, and environment-based deployments.
- Experience integrating Terraform with CI/CD pipelines.

Azure Cloud

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure infrastructure services.
- Experience working with enterprise-level Azure environments.
- Understanding of networking, security, IAM, monitoring, and governance in Azure.
- Experience with Azure Resource Manager concepts and cloud architecture.

DevOps & CI/CD

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Git workflows and branching strategies.
- Experience automating deployments and infrastructure provisioning.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Understanding of security and compliance standards in cloud environments.
- Experience in multi-environment deployment strategies (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).

Nice to Have

- Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, etc.)
- Experience in production support and cloud migration projects
