Role Overview
In this role, you will support the IT compliance team in ensuring that desktop
infrastructure, user systems, and enterprise applications meet internal and
external compliance standards. This role blends technical support expertise with
policy enforcement and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring compliance of IT infrastructure including desktops,
laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Support audits and documentation related to Windows and macOS
systems.
- Ensure proper installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of
applications and VPN clients.
- Maintain compliance with O365 suite configurations and usage policies.
- Support Active Directory user/group management and group policy
enforcement.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure antivirus and antimalware tools are
properly deployed and updated.
- Document and resolve end-user technical issues in line with compliance
protocols.
- Reimage machines using SCCM/MDT while maintaining audit trails.
- Work on service tickets and ensure timely resolution with proper
documentation.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with Azure AD, SCCM, and Intune
policies.
- Participate in internal reviews and help identify gaps in technical
compliance.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of desktop support for Windows and macOS.
- Experience in troubleshooting connectivity and application issues.
- Familiarity with VPN setup and O365 product suite.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Experience in reimaging systems and handling enterprise tickets.
- Valuable understanding of antimalware/AV tools and their compliance
requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
