We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Video Editor with a strong background in advanced video production, motion graphics, and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience, demonstrate expert proficiency in industry-standard editing tools, and possess the ability to lead, conceptualize, and deliver high-quality video content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and marketing, as well as direct coordination with the Creative Director at Digital Sparks to ensure creative alignment and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end video production process, from conceptualisation to final delivery.
- Develop creative video concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments based on project briefs.
- Perform advanced video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Create high-quality motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, character animation, and visual effects (VFX).
- Use AI-powered video enhancement tools (e.g. Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia, Descript, Midjourney for visual assets).
- Implement colour grading, sound design, and advanced post-production enhancements.
- Collaborate on scripting, voiceover planning, and visual storytelling.
- Manage video production workflow, including asset organization, file management, and quality control.
- Optimise videos for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and web).
- Train and guide junior editors, ensuring adherence to brand, quality, and technical standards.
- Ensure final outputs meet quality, resolution,



and format specifications for various channels.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and the Client Creative Director at Digital Sparks for project reviews, feedback, and revisions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing and motion graphics.
- Proven experience in digital marketing video projects, ad campaigns, and branded content.
- Prior experience working in a creative agency, studio, or digital production environment.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, brand communication, and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of video compression, rendering formats, and platform-specific requirements.
- Experience with sound editing tools like Adobe Audition or Audacity.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance optimisation.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles for video layouts and interactive media.
