Head Of Demand Planning

- Evaluate, manage and execute process for compiling long term demand plan and lead

required change to streamline the acquisition, compilation, synthesis and update of this plan

at regular intervals.

- Work with the business teams to understand current and future improvement opportunities

and help prioritize these initiatives based on data driven business value.

- Ensures product availability & inventory control: Line fill rate for > 99% with zero outage of

core product

- Maintain Inventory at distribution centres (DC) without buildup of Dairy & Poultry

- Timely Launch of all Limited Time Offers / Test Monthly S&OP; calls: Coordinating with Yum

India, supplier as well as KFC & Pizza Hut brand operations team for timely launch of the recent

product/menu across.

- Conduct monthly S&OP; meetings with operations team leading to demand planning.

- Responsible to ensure control over invoice rejection: Invoice rejection control for both DC &

DSD level timely payment to vendors, arranging ledgers

- Auto Replenishment System: Implementation & Stabilization of system

- Team Training and Development: Team development plan & timely trainings
