Job Description – Telecaller (Marathi + English)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to vendors and prospective clients.
Collect and update vendor/business information.
Explain the company's services to vendors and clients.
Onboard vendors onto the company's platform and social media channels.
Gather business information from vendors, including HD images, content, and HD videos, and maintain it in an organized folder.
Identify and document the unique selling propositions (USPs) of the facilities and services offered by vendors.
Follow up with vendors and maintain accurate call records.
Achieve daily calling and vendor onboarding targets.
Travel locally, as and when required,
for vendor meetings or business-related activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.
Fluency in Marathi and English is mandatory.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to travel occasionally for work, if required.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
