We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our BMW Motorrad team. The ideal candidate should have a flair for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales, building long-term customer relationships, and representing the premium standards of the BMW Motorrad brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers to the showroom and understand their requirements.
- Present BMW Motorrad motorcycles, features, specifications, and accessories to prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test ride coordination.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital enquiries, and outbound activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and individual performance goals.
- Explain finance, insurance, exchange, and extended warranty options to customers.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.




- Stay updated on BMW Motorrad products, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in automobile sales, premium retail sales, or luxury customer service. Experience in two-wheeler sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for motorcycles may also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
- Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in premium motorcycle or luxury automobile sales is an added advantage.
- Passion for motorcycles and riding culture.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Solid relationship-building and customer handling skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work on weekends and during customer events.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
