- Responsible for accurate OP and IP billing as per approved tariffs, packages, and clinical documentation
- Prepare, process, and submit insurance claims for cashless and reimbursement cases within TAT
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office, TPAs, and insurance companies for billing and authorization
- Verify patient eligibility, policy coverage, pre-authorizations, exclusions, and approvals
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies, insurance guidelines, and statutory requirements
- Identify, correct, and prevent billing errors, discrepancies, and revenue leakages
- Track claim status and follow up to ensure timely approval and settlement
- Handle patient and attendant queries related to billing and insurance processes
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and audit-ready files
- Support revenue optimization while ensuring transparency and patient satisfaction
