Distrikt 9 Hotels & Resorts is committed to providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests and employees. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to lead our security team and ensure the highest standards of safety across the property.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the hotel's security team.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel assets.
- Monitor CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, access control, and other security equipment.
- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises and identify potential security risks.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, accidents, and guest concerns.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Enforce hotel security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when required.
- Train and guide security personnel on emergency response, fire safety, and guest handling.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety, health, and security standards.
- Assist hotel management during VIP visits, special events, and emergency situations.

Qualifications





- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in hotel security, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of CCTV operations, fire safety systems, emergency response, and security procedures.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies.
- Physically fit and willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge for preparing reports and maintaining security records.
