Job Title: Sales Agent (US Trucking Industry)

Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Outbound Sales Representative with proven experience in US outbound sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to confidently engage prospects, overcome objections, and close sales over the phone.If you have experience selling to US customers and thrive in a target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to trucking companies using the provided lead database.
- Present and explain our DOT compliance and training services professionally.
- Follow the approved sales scripts and sales process.
- Convert cold and warm leads into successful sales.
- Build rapport with prospects, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
- Accurately update the CRM with call notes, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Make outbound calls throughout the scheduled US working hours (CST/CDT).
- Attend mandatory daily stand-up meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.





Performance Expectations (KPIs)

- Make 100–120 outbound calls per day.
- Maintain 4–5 hours of productive talk time during the scheduled 8-hour shift.
- Achieve a minimum of 10–15 successful sales per week.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure CRM records are accurate and updated after every customer interaction.

Requirements

- Proven experience in US outbound sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, laptop/desktop, and a noise-free work environment.
- Willingness to work during US Central Time (CST/CDT) business hours.

Preferred Experience

- Experience selling to the US trucking or transportation industry.
- Experience selling compliance, training, or business services.
- Familiarity with sales dialers and CRM platforms.

Compensation

- Commission based only

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
