Experience: 2–3 Years
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days) + 2 Alternate Saturdays

We're looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in running and optimising paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing, lead generation, and maximsing campaign performance, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.
* Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
* Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget optimisation.
* Track conversions using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
* Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights.

Requirements:
* 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
* Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
* Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign analytics.
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
