Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in accounting software, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping while maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors,



and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic taxation concepts is preferred.
