Main Responsibilities Process

- Perform the duties of checker for the activities assigned diligently.

- Works as SME for the process

- Nurture team members.

- Understand the process/ policies of the Bank and adhere to the needs.





- Work closely with overseas branch to process/execute the transactions as per accuracy/quality standards/SLAs of the Bank.

- Learn the system functions and adhere to the controls.

- Support overseas branch to resolve operational incidents/reporting (if any).

- Provide suggestion(s) to improve/streamline the operational processes.

- Provide support in handling Audits.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Deposit, Remittances products and Payment Operations

- Solid PC skills (MS Office)

- Knowledge of SWIFT message types and Payment Systems; OVS, GPP, CHAPS, SEPA, RTGS , EPS and Low Value payments etc.

- Exposure to Account Opening process, / Account Maintenance, Static Data maintenance process & Customer data management.
