Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager to manage both internal and outsourced projects from planning to successful delivery. The candidate will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring projects are completed within scope, timeline, quality standards, and budget. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, task tracking, and risk management skills.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage both in-house and outsourced development projects.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Assign tasks to developers, designers, QA, and external vendors.
- Track daily project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct project meetings, sprint reviews, and status discussions.
- Identify project risks, delays, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
- Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
- Coordinate with outsourced agencies/freelancers and monitor their performance.
- Review project documentation, reports, and change requests.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management.
- Ensure smooth project handover, deployment, and project closure.





Required Skills :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in IT or Software Development.
- Proven experience managing outsourced software development projects and coordinating with external vendors.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend development concepts, software architecture, APIs, databases, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience in project planning, sprint management, resource allocation, risk management, and project documentation.
- Robust ability to coordinate with clients, developers, designers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing software development projects including web applications, mobile applications, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
- Basic understanding of modern technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, cloud platforms, and database systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
