Legal Associate (LITIGATION) with a minimum post qualification experience of 2 to 3 years; from REPUTED INSTITUTE/UNIVERSITY; Only with Science in HSc. Essential.
Mace Corporate Associates is a law firm based in New Delhi, specialising in Pharmaceutical laws, Drug Price Control Laws, Food Law, and IPR litigation. Our firm has ongoing cases in various High Courts through out the Country.
Essential Requirements:
*Candidates from Highly reputed Institute/University
*2 to 3 year of intensive Post Qualification Experience is desirable being firms' high stake specialised cases.
*Adept at handling filing process in high courts and trial courts
*Familiarity with AI and tech enthusiastic
*Interest in constitutional law, writs and procedural laws
*Good grasp of CPC, BNSS, and BSA
*Skilled in preparing and filing petitions, applications, and responses
*Has overall experience with making appearances in High and District
Courts
*Travelling to various High Court involved.
*Relocation to Delhi in case of outstation candidates

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
