Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Role Overview: Be the face of our retail store — engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and deliver a memorable gifting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers; guide them to the right products
- Drive sales and meet targets
- Maintain strong product knowledge
- Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business
- Keep the store well-presented and organized
- Share customer feedback with management
- Coordinate with the store team for smooth operations

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Retail/gifting experience preferred; freshers welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, skilled demeanor
- Comfortable with promotional photographs
