About the Role

AANZARA Corporate is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media and referrals.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage job postings across various hiring platforms.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.

Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities and onboarding.

Follow up with candidates until successful joining.

Achieve monthly hiring targets.

Support HR documentation and employee records.

Resume Screening & Interview Coordination

Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office & Google Workspace)

Job Portal Handling (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, OLX, etc.)

Strong Follow-up and Negotiation Skills

Preferred Candidate

Graduate in Any Discipline (MBA HR Preferred)

Freshers with good communication or Experienced Recruiters
