Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Admission Counsellor cum Sales Closer to drive student admissions for our professional training programs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-ticket EdTech sales, excellent counselling capabilities, and a strong ability to convert qualified leads into successful enrollments while consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
 Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding various training programs offered by Webskitters Academy.

 Understand learner requirements, career aspirations, and recommend suitable courses.

 Manage the complete admission lifecycle from lead qualification to successful enrollment.

 Conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person counselling sessions.

 Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and other business channels.

 Build trust with prospective learners through consultative counselling and personalized guidance.

 Handle objections professionally and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.

 Achieve monthly admission, revenue, and conversion targets.

 Maintain accurate lead information, follow-up activities, and sales pipeline in the CRM.





 Coordinate with the Academic, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless admission process.

 Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Experience with reputed EdTech organizations is highly preferred.
 Consistent record of achieving or exceeding admission and revenue targets.
 Strong understanding of the education sales lifecycle.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
 Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
 Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
