Position: CNC Service Engineer*

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics

Experience: 5–7 year's in servicing CNC controllers and machine tools.

Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹12 LPA

*Job Description:*

Install, commission, and configure Siemens CNC controllers on VMC, HMC, lathe, drilling, milling, boring, and turning machines.

Perform electrical and electronic troubleshooting to resolve machine breakdowns efficiently.

Carry out preventive maintenance and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service activities.

Diagnose and rectify issues related to Siemens SINUMERIK CNC controls, servo drives, spindle systems, and PLC panels.

Conduct machine alignment, calibration, and accuracy verification as per technical standards.





Support CNC programming and coordinate with the application engineering team when required.

Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and wiring drawings for fault diagnosis and installation.

Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance records, and customer documentation after every service visit.

Willingness to travel when required

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
