- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations for industrial valves.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, production, and purchase teams for quotation and order execution.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry logs, quotations, and order status.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, pricing, lead time, and order status.
- Prepare MIS reports on enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales performance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable valve products and solutions.
- Deep Product knowledge of Control Valve, Ball & butter fly Valve, & Actuators
- Sizing Calculation
