About the Role We are a rapid-growing software startup looking for a high-energy Sales Hunter. Your goal is simple: find businesses that need high-quality software solutions and help us close the deal.If you are a great communicator who hates being capped on earnings, this is for you. One sale earns you more than your base salary.

What You Will Do

- Generate Leads: Use LinkedIn, social media, and cold outreach to find software projects.
- Qualify: Identify businesses that have a budget of ₹1,00,000+.
- Pitch & Close: Run demos and walk clients through our software services.
- Manage Relationships: Be the face of the company for new clients.

Compensation Structure

- Fixed Monthly Retainer: ₹6,000 (Guaranteed)
- Incentive:



10% Commission on every project closed.
- Example: Close a project for ₹2,00,000 → You earn ₹20,000 bonus.
- Earnings Potential: ₹25,000 – ₹140,000+ per month based on performance.
- Experience 5+ Years
