Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resource Development, or a related field.

Experience

- Certification in soft skills or behavioural training is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in life skills/soft skills training, preferably in academic institutions.
