Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary

ONTOYOU ARCHITECTURES is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.

- Manage and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.

- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients.

- Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports.

- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.

- Identify and resolve in office issues promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management,



or a related field.

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.

- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is an added advantage.
