Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting outfits as per their preferences and occasions
- Provide styling advice and product knowledge to enhance customer experience
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock organization
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail/fashion industry
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of ethnic wear and fashion trends
- Presentable and customer-friendly personality
- Basic knowledge of sales and retail operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
