Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships until they are sales-ready.
- Understand client requirements and qualify opportunities.
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the Marketing Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Client Servicing teams for smooth handovers.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting booking, and pipeline targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Required Skills

- Negotiation and persuasive communication.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
