What You'll Do

- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other outbound sales activities.
- Identify and engage potential clients across startups, SMEs, and large enterprises.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Connect with key decision-makers and schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized corporate gifting solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
- Develop solid relationships with existing clients to drive repeat, festive, and seasonal orders.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and industry segments to expand business growth.
- Collaborate with the design, operations,



and production teams to ensure seamless order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and forecasts.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, advertising, branding, printing, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
