About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Product Executive – Pharma with a strong academic background in Pharmacy. The ideal candidate should have sound pharmaceutical knowledge, excellent research and communication skills, and a keen interest in pharma products, healthcare marketing, and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed research on pharmaceutical products, compositions, therapeutic categories, indications, mechanisms of action, and competitors.
- Develop a strong understanding of assigned pharma brands and their USPs.
- Assist in developing product positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies.
- Prepare and review scientific and promotional content for product brochures, visual aids, presentations, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
- Convert complex medical/scientific information into clear and engaging communication.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, social media, and marketing teams for pharma campaigns.
- Verify medical and scientific accuracy of pharma-related content before publication.




- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain updated knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry developments.
- Ensure promotional communication is professional, evidence-based, and aligned with applicable pharma marketing requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical terminology.
- Good knowledge of pharmacology, drug compositions, and therapeutic categories.
- Solid research and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify technical/scientific information.
- Creative thinking and interest in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Good presentation and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, particularly regarding scientific accuracy.
- Passionate, proactive, and eager to learn.

Qualification

- B.Pharm or M.Pharm – Required
- Freshers with strong pharmaceutical knowledge are welcome.
- Candidates interested in Product Management, Pharma Marketing, Medical Content, and Brand Strategy will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
