Social Media Executive (1–3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content planning, social media trends, audience engagement, and digital marketing to create impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, and YouTube
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Write compelling captions, copy, and content tailored for different platforms
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to create relevant campaigns
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality creatives
- Schedule and publish posts while ensuring consistency in brand messaging
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to build community engagement
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Assist in influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and promotional campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and best practices

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and campaign concepts
- Knowledge of content planning,



audience engagement, and social media analytics
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling platforms is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree (all disciplines are welcome)
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar role
- Experience working with a Website, Software, IT, Digital Marketing, or Creative Agency is preferred
- Basic understanding of graphic design, video content, and digital marketing trends is an added advantage
- Portfolio or examples of successfully managed social media accounts will be a plus
