We have stood the test of time by continuously evolving: transitioning from manufacturing traditional chokes and starters for tube lights, to pioneering high-efficiency LED systems, and now engineering cutting-edge, smart-home compatible lighting ecosystems.We are looking for an energetic, articulate, and sales-driven Sales Associate to join our flagship showroom team.

Key Responsibilities

● Consultative Selling: Greet walk-in retail clients, understand their home/office floor plans, and guide them toward the right lighting fixtures based on design, lumen output, and color temperature.

● Product Demonstrations: Conduct live in-store demonstrations of fixture aesthetics, magnetic track snapping systems, dimming features, and smart lighting automation.

● Quote & Proposal Generation: Create accurate product estimates and quotes for retail homeowners and contractors using our POS/Invoicing software.

● Upselling & Cross-Selling: Actively recommend complementary accessories, specialized LED drivers, magnetic modules, and smart sensors to increase average order value.

● Showroom Visual Upkeep: Ensure all assigned display vignettes and track lights are fully operational, clean, properly angled,



and illuminated during store hours.

● Post-Sale Follow-Up: Coordinate with the in-house technical team and warehouse to ensure timely order dispatch and resolve customer installation queries.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven retail sales experience, better if in the domain of electronics or electrical appliances.

● Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn technical concepts quickly

● Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali with a warm, persuasive personality.

● Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of POS billing software, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business for client follow-ups.
