Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Senior Architect in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD as per project requirements.
- Assist in developing 3D models and presentations using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools.
- Assist with preparation of working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor ongoing construction work and verify work as per approved drawings.
- Take site measurements and prepare accurate drawings based on existing site conditions.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams regarding project requirements.
- Assist in selecting and finalizing materials, finishes, fixtures, and other architectural elements.
- Review drawings and coordinate architectural requirements with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other services.
- Assist in preparing BOQ,



material specifications, quantity requirements, and project documentation.
- Identify site-related issues and report them to the Senior Architect/Project Manager for necessary action.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, site instructions, and project documents.
- Ensure that drawings and site execution follow the approved design, specifications, and project requirements.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, mood boards, material boards, and design proposals.
- Follow up with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of assigned architectural work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
