About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quarry Project Manager to oversee the complete operations of our quarry project in Mangaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day quarry activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire quarry project and daily site operations.
- Plan, organize, and supervise quarry production activities.
- Manage manpower, contractors, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline.
- Monitor excavation, drilling, blasting, crushing, and material transportation activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Optimize operational costs while maintaining productivity and quality.
- Resolve operational issues and implement preventive measures.




- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of materials, fuel, spare parts, and site resources.
- Lead, motivate, and train the site team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in quarry operations, mining projects, or construction project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of quarry operations, machinery, safety practices, and project execution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Language Requirements

Candidates must be able to communicate in:

- Hindi
- Malayalam
- Kannada
