Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong B2B sales expertise in the engineering services domain, including CAD, CAE, reverse engineering, and 3D scanning & inspection services. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in CAD, CAE, 3D scanning, inspection, and reverse engineering services. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across automotive, aerospace, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. Engage with OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle commercial negotiations. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.



Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for project estimation and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales within the engineering services industry. Strong knowledge of CAD, CAE, GD&T;, reverse engineering, and 3D scanning & inspection. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into commercial proposals. Strong client relationship management and networking skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering preferred. MBA or sales/marketing certification is an added advantage.
