We are looking for a agile, well-spoken, and result-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing interior design team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to leads, understand their interior design requirements, and pitch our design services to schedule consultations for our design team.

​Key Responsibilities

​Lead Generation & Outreach: Call prospective clients from provided databases (warm and cold leads) to introduce our interior design services.

​Requirement Gathering: Connect with homeowners or commercial clients to understand their space, budget, and design preferences.

​Consultation Booking: Persuade qualified leads to book an initial design consultation with our interior designers.

​Follow-ups: Maintain a consistent follow-up pipeline with hesitant or busy leads to keep our brand top-of-mind.

​CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain client information, call logs, and appointment statuses in our CRM software.

​Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and weekly/monthly consultation booking quotas.





​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (Experience in real estate, interior design, or luxury retail is a huge plus).

​Education: High school diploma or Graduate in any field.

​Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English and [Insert Regional Language, e.g., Hindi/Spanish].

​Traits: High energy, patience, resilience against rejection, and a customer-centric attitude.

​Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
