Experience: Freshers to 1 Year

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma Mechanical, EEE, ECE

About the Company:

A leading Japanese multinational company specializing in industrial assembly tools and power tool solutions is looking for dynamic and technically skilled Engineers to join its Sales & Service team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in technical sales, customer support, and industrial automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell industrial assembly tools and related products to OEMs and manufacturing customers.
- Visit customer locations to demonstrate products and provide technical support.
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot assembly tools at customer sites.
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Prepare service reports, visit reports, and maintain accurate documentation.




- Coordinate with internal sales, service, and technical teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and effective after-sales service.

Preferred Profile:

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Service, or Manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of industrial assembly tools, power tools, pneumatic, or electric tools.
- Strong technical aptitude with good troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and basic manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and service support.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
