We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Commerce Faculty to teach junior college students (Intermediate level). The candidate should be capable of delivering concepts clearly in subjects like Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics, ensuring strong academic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Commerce subjects such as:

Accountancy

Business Studies

Economics

Prepare lesson plans and complete syllabus on time

Conduct regular tests, assignments, and assessments

Monitor and evaluate student performance

Provide doubt clarification and academic support to students

Maintain discipline and create a positive learning workplace

Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams (if required)

Coordinate with management and attend staff meetings

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)

B.Ed is preferred

Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (Junior College level preferred)

Required Skills:

Strong subject knowledge

Good communication and presentation skills

Classroom management skills

Ability to simplify complex concepts

Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
