Chocolate CFA & Central Warehouse Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations Management

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for inbound, storage, and outbound activities.
- Make planning for dispatches
- Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of finished goods.
- Maintain warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory management.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Plan daily manpower deployment.

2. Inventory Management

- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and damaged inventory.
- Ensure proper batch and expiry management.
- Coordinate cycle counts and annual physical stock audits.

3. Temperature & Product Quality Management

- Maintain specified storage temperature for chocolate products.
- Monitor warehouse temperature and humidity continuously.
- Ensure proper handling to prevent melting, bloom, breakage, and damage.
- Record temperature logs and maintain compliance documentation.
- Implement corrective actions during temperature excursions.
- Ensure cleanliness and pest-free warehouse conditions.

4. Inbound Logistics

- Plan unloading schedules.
- Verify received quantities against invoices and purchase orders.
- Check product quality, batch number, and shelf life.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability.
- Complete Goods Receipt (GRN) within defined timelines.

5. Outbound Logistics

- Ensure timely order processing.
- Coordinate dispatch planning.
- Verify picking accuracy.
- Ensure loading as per delivery schedule.




- Prepare dispatch documentation.
- Monitor transporter turnaround time.

7. Team Management

- Lead warehouse supervisors, operators, forklift drivers, and contract labor.
- Conduct daily shift meetings.
- Train employees on SOPs and safety.
- Monitor attendance and productivity.
- Evaluate team performance.

8. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.
- Conduct safety inspections.
- Enforce PPE usage.
- Implement fire safety procedures.
- Ensure statutory compliance.
- Report incidents and near misses.

9. Equipment Management

- Maintain forklifts, pallet trucks, dock equipment, and racking systems.
- Schedule preventive maintenance.
- Minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure battery charging and equipment safety.

10. Documentation & MIS

- Maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Prepare daily KPI and operational reports.
- Track KPIs and productivity metrics.
- Maintain stock movement records.
- Generate management reports.

This role is responsible for ensuring Planning, secure storage, inventory accuracy, temperature-controlled handling, timely dispatch, cost-effective operations, and high customer service levels across the Chocolate CFA and Central Warehouse.

Who we are looking for:

Any Graduate preferable with 7 to 10 Yrs related experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
