Job Preference

Required Qualification : - Graduate in any stream & Training experience is must.

Required Experience : - 2 – 3 Years in training

Age Preference :- Not more than 35 Year

Industry Preference :- Telecom Product Industry Highly Preferred

Qualified Knowledge Requirement

- To conduct Training for VBAs/Sales Team as and when required
- To Track attendance, activeness and assessment results of trainees and submit reports on drive as per requirement
- To conduct Training as per the monthly calendar of training for VBAs, Sales team accordingly Prepare the monthly calendar of training for promotors, sales team and TTT




- Identifying gaps and formulating strategies to determine planned target vs outcome
- Take new initiatives to introduce new types of training in zone for all team members
- Analyses competition products and submit analysis report according to market changes

Additional Required Skills

- Leadership skills, Communication skills, Training skills, Presentation Skills
- Product knowledge, Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Self-awareness with result oriented attitude – self-motivated individual
