Fospe is looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to join our growing AI Product Engineering team. If you enjoy building AI-powered applications, developing custom AI skills and agents, optimizing LLM costs, and working with cutting-edge technologies, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and agents.
- Build custom AI skills, workflows, and automation solutions.
- Develop and optimize AI models and integrations.
- Implement LLM-based solutions using Anthropic, OpenAI, and other AI platforms.
- Optimize token usage, latency, and operational costs.
- Develop AI APIs and backend services using Python.
- Fine-tune prompts and AI workflows for performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills

✅ Robust proficiency in Python
✅ Experience with AI/LLM development and integrations
✅ Knowledge of API development and backend systems
✅ Understanding of AI agents, automation, and workflow orchestration
✅ Experience with Git and collaborative development practices
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Anthropic Claude API and cost optimization strategies




- Experience building AI agents and autonomous workflows
- Knowledge of vector databases, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and deployment automation
