Narayana Health is hiring experienced Customer Support / Patient Calling Executives for its UK Voice Process in Bangalore. If you have experience in healthcare customer support, patient calling, or international voice processes, this is an excellent opportunity to work with one of India's leading healthcare organizations.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate
- 3–5 years of experience in Healthcare Customer Support, Patient Calling, Hospital BPO, Medical Services, or Healthcare Operations
- Experience in UK Voice Process is mandatory/preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK-based patients.
- Assist with appointment booking, rescheduling, and patient queries.
- Deliver high-quality customer support and patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Hospital Management Systems.




- Coordinate with internal healthcare teams.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Shift Timings

- 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

(Shift allocation will be based on business requirements.)
