Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MRD Technician to manage and maintain patient medical records accurately and efficiently. The candidate will ensure proper documentation, filing, and confidentiality of all medical records in compliance with hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update patient medical records (IPD & OPD)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient data
- Handle medical record filing, retrieval, and storage
- Prepare records for audits and inspections
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information
- Manage discharge summaries and record indexing
- Support digital record management (EMR systems if available)
