Location: Zirakpur, Punjab (Projects across Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2–5 Years (Electronic Security / ELV Systems Preferred)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Additional hours may be required based on project execution)

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Supervisor to manage project execution, lead installation teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

- Supervise installation and commissioning of electronic security systems.
- Execute projects as per approved drawings and BOQ.
- Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.
- Allocate daily work to technicians and helpers.
- Monitor installation quality and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and execution schedules with the Operations Team.

Site Management

- Conduct site surveys before project execution.
- Verify site readiness and coordinate with builders, architects, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor daily project progress and ensure smooth execution.

Team Leadership





- Lead and guide technicians and helpers on-site.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
- Train junior technicians on installation standards and safety practices.
- Maintain discipline and attendance of the site team.

Material Management

- Verify materials received at the project site.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and prevent wastage.
- Raise material requirements in advance.
- Return unused materials to the store after project completion.

Installation & Commissioning

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of:

- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Home Automation Systems
- KNX Systems (Preferred)
- Access Control Systems
- Video Door Phone Systems
- Wi-Fi & Networking
- Structured Cabling
- Gate Automation
- EPABX Systems
- Smart Lighting Solutions

Quality & Safety

- Ensure installations meet company quality standards.
- Conduct testing before project handover.
- Minimize rework by maintaining installation accuracy.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to electrical and site safety guidelines.

Customer Coordination

- Attend client meetings whenever required.
- Provide project progress updates.
- Resolve site-level issues professionally.
- Demonstrate installed systems to customers.
- Obtain customer approval and project handover sign-off.

Documentation

Maintain and submit:

- Daily Site Reports




- Site Photographs
- Material Consumption Reports
- Testing & Commissioning Reports
- Handover Checklists
- Site Completion Reports
- Snag Lists

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Electronic Security, ELV, or Automation projects.
- Good understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Video Door Phones, Gate Automation, and Home Automation systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and client handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp reporting.
- Willingness to travel across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and nearby project sites.
