We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory management, customer support, and marketplace performance across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and other marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Process daily orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain inventory.
- Ensure accurate pricing and promotional offers across all platforms.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with courier partners for shipment and delivery issues.
- Analyze marketplace performance and recommend strategies to improve sales.
- Maintain catalog accuracy and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

Required Skills





- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
- Knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF formulas).
- Understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO is an added advantage.
- Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
