We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant with 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance. The role includes handling credit/debit note posting, bank reconciliation, invoicing (purchase & sales), TDS entries, and voucher management, with hands-on experience in Tally ERP and Odoo. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors are essential. The candidate should be capable of working independently and in a team, maintaining high integrity and confidentiality, and adapting well in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Credit and Debit Note Posting: Timely and accurate processing of credit and debit notes in the system, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation with invoices.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliation for multiple bank accounts, ensuring that all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Ledger Management: Responsible for maintaining accurate general ledger entries, including journal entries, corrections, and adjustments in both Tally ERP and Odoo.
- Invoicing: Generate and manage sales and purchase invoices; ensure correct billing and documentation to comply with internal policies and statutory regulations.
- TDS Entries: Handle the computation, entry, and filing of TDS on payments and transactions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Voucher Management: Prepare and record receipt vouchers and payment vouchers for all transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely posting in the accounts system.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely collection of payments and processing of supplier invoices.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and other statutory returns as required.
- Compliance:



Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other relevant statutory laws and assist with internal audits and external audits as needed.
- Inventory Accounting: Manage and monitor stock inventory for accuracy in valuation and record keeping in both Tally ERP and Odoo.
- Fixed Asset Management: Track and manage the fixed asset register, ensuring proper capitalization, depreciation, and disposal of assets.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor the company’s cash flow and provide reports on receivables and payables to ensure liquidity.
- Tax Filing & Statutory Returns: Prepare and file monthly and quarterly tax returns (GST, TDS), and ensure timely remittance of taxes.
- Preparation of Bank Statements: Maintain accurate bank statement records, and support the preparation of bank documentation for fund transfers and payments.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits, providing necessary documents and resolving discrepancies.
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Assist in monitoring and controlling costs, preparing budgets, and supporting financial forecasting for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- ERP System Maintenance: Ensure accurate data entry and management of all financial data in Tally ERP and Odoo systems. Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting for accounting-related queries.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com/ M.Com) or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounts and finance, with specific experience in credit and debit note posting, bank reconciliation, invoicing (both purchase and sales), TDS entries, and handling receipt/payment vouchers.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Odoo
- Understanding of TDS, GST, and other Indian tax laws.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially with financial data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with team members, clients, and external vendors effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
