Job Description

Kochar Jain & Co. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Tax Executive to handle accounting, GST, TDS, and compliance-related assignments. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical knowledge, ownership mindset, and the ability to independently manage client assignments while ensuring timely compliance.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

✔ GST Return Filing & Compliance
✔ TDS Return Filing & Compliance
✔ Books of Accounts Finalisation
✔ Practical Accounting Knowledge
✔ Tally Prime & Busy Software
✔ Bank, Debtor & Creditor Reconciliations
✔ MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
✔ Basic Knowledge of Income Tax Compliance
✔ Experience in handling multiple clients independently

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts
- GST Return Filing, Reconciliation & Compliance
- TDS Working, Return Filing & Compliance
- Finalization of books and preparation of reports
- Bank, Debtor and Creditor Reconciliations




- Coordination with clients for data and compliance requirements
- Ensuring timely completion of monthly and annual compliances

Experience Required

- 2–3 Years of Experience
- CA Firm experience preferred
