Senior Leapwork Automation Consultant – Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Senior Leapwork Automation Consultant, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of test automation solutions using the Leapwork platform. You will serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal teams, ensuring automation initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable value. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and client-facing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

- Define and drive the automation roadmap using Leapwork for enterprise-scale implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align automation strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor junior consultants and QA engineers on Leapwork best practices and automation frameworks.

Solution Architecture & Delivery

- Architect scalable and maintainable Leapwork automation frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of automation solutions across functional and regression testing.
- Integrate Leapwork with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools (e.g., Jenkins,



Azure DevOps, JIRA).
- Integration with database for all the test data needs
- Troubleshoot the technical challenges on LEAP work automation implementation

Governance & Quality Assurance

- Establish automation standards, documentation, and governance models.
- Review and optimize existing Leapwork flows for performance, reliability, and reusability.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements in automation practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6+ years in test automation, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Leapwork.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and automation frameworks.
- Experience integrating Leapwork with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge on JDE ERP applications and automation
- Leapwork certification or demonstrable project leadership in Leapwork implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Location same city as in for Birlasoft offices in India.
