About the Role

Silver Arrow Travels is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers in planning their travel by recommending and selling holiday packages, travel services, and other travel-related products. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a target-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customers' travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary planning, and travel-related services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.




- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and travel booking platforms.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate candidates are preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in travel sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and travel booking platforms is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a complete night shift.
