Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and qualify prospective clients in residential and commercial segments.
- Network with dealers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and builders.
- Explore new markets and partnership opportunities to expand reach.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Showcase the functionality and perks of automation systems.
- Address technical and commercial queries with confidence.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing
- Engage in effective negotiation strategies to convert leads.
- Prepare customized quotations and proposals.
- Follow through on deals until successful closure.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through ongoing support and service.
- Collect feedback and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.




- Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
- Use CRM tools and analytics for data-driven sales decisions.
- Sales Promotion & Brand Awareness
- Participate in trade shows, expos, and local events.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on brand messaging and campaigns.

Required skills and qualifications

- Prior work experience in Sales Executive
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Compelling research and analytical skills
- Experience working with Electronics industry, Switches Industry more preferrable.

Preferred skills and qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & marketing, or related fields or relevant.
- Confident Speaker
- Ability to convert inquiry into leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
