About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Executive to handle customer queries through chat, email, and voice support while ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and voice.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and case closures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- HSC Pass or above.
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Chat, Email, Customer Service, or Blended Process.
- Good communication and typing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
Must Have: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Chat, Email, Customer Service, or Blended Process with valuable communication skills and the ability to work in rotational shifts.
Nice to Have: Experience using CRM tools, BPO background, and good multitasking and customer handling skills.
