Job responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions in assigned subject areas.
- Assess students’ strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles to tailor lesson plans.
- Explain complex concepts in clear, simplified ways that match the student’s level.
- Assist with homework, test preparation, projects, and skill-building activities.
- Track and evaluate student progress; provide regular feedback to students and/or parents.
- Develop customized learning materials, practice exercises, or study guides.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning workplace.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, or administrators when needed.
- Stay updated on curriculum standards and subject-area best practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
