We are looking for an experienced Documentation Executive to join our Customs Brokerage team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in shipping documentation, import-related processes, container movement coordination, and Delivery Order (D.O.) formalities. Candidates should be familiar with Odex and possess excellent communication skills for coordinating with shipping lines via email.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process import-related shipping documentation.
- Handle documentation for container movement and shipment clearance.
- Manage Delivery Order (D.O.) formalities with shipping lines.
- Coordinate with shipping companies through email for documentation and follow-ups.
- Work on the Odex platform for shipping documentation and D.O. processing.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all import documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
- Maintain proper documentation records and ensure compliance with shipping and customs procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in shipping documentation with a Customs Broker, or Shipping company.
- Hands-on experience in import documentation processes.
- Positive knowledge of container movement and D.O. procedures.
- Experience working on ODEX portal.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation tasks.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience with a Customs Broker or Shipping/Logistics company.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
